Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and CareCredit.

In addition to being a preferred provider for Delta Dental of California Premier, we do accept any dental insurance that allows you to see your provider of choice.  We are not a Medi-Cal provider.  Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Your estimated portion must be paid at the time of service. We will file your insurance claims as a courtesy to you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to answer them.
